[Resolved] Tikona — Refund was not provided after the connection is disconnected | |||
Hi, I have bought a broadband connection with tikona in chennai my user Id is [protected]. From the day one the internet was not working so I called the customer care and asked them to fix it but they were not able to fix the issue so I have asked them to disconnect my connection. They have disconnect my connection but they have not provided any refund for the connection. I have paid 5K in advance and i have not used their service for a single day. i have tired to contact tikona customer care for refund but there is no answer. please avoid tikona at any cost. dont waste your time and money.
