[Resolved] Tikona — regarding bill overdue without using tikona service | |
Hello sir, my tikona service had been stopped at 20jun and total overall biling at 10 october 672. So its stooped. My house der is no connection in tikona box and router connection is also off der is no user at home. Yesterday i got a message ur overdue is 212.. What is dis, i call customer care they say that you use tikona services at november to february.. But there is no uses no installation no user at home all connections away from their tikona box and router rhen how it is possible it not possible becoz me at delhi. Me using jio.. So why its overdue.. As soon as possible you take it action. Otherwise i complain to consumers forum Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Feb 10, 2018 Tikona Digital Networks Customer Care's response Dear Subscriber, Greetings from Tikona. Now your current outstanding is Rs. 212.57, We have stopped charging you rentals for the service from 20th June 17. If you wish to use the service anytime, you can do so.
