[Resolved]  Tikona — Regarding bill payments - bill payment of late payment charges from may

In september i already made payment of 2 months used internet bill. That time customer executive told me that i will get for late payment fees. So i paid only 1030 as per my tikona plan 515per month but has nothing happened from your side. Instead you are generation new bills and adding late payment fees from may onwards. I have already closed my connection but i can't pay this late payment charges you adding my account please stop generating bills. And provide proper solution to my problem. Please don't mark as resolved before solving this issue. If you can't provide proper internet service, then at least stop torturing customers by adding extra charges in bills.

Please check i already made payment of 2months bill which is 1030. You are adding 100 rs from may to my bill And incrementing it for each minth. Why should I make payment of extra charges. Please check my bills I have paid all money for used network. And syop sending same mails again and again.
