Tikona — Regarding Billing, Threat Call & Discontinue of your services

On the date of 25th Nov. 2021, We have purchased a plan of 60 MBPS Prepaid plan because I have paid in Advance, If you have the postpaid plan then We will use the service and then you will ask for the payment but that's not the case.

Moreover, I'm not getting speed more than 20 MBPS and I have raised a complaint many times but that problem was not solved so finally, I have decided not to renew your plan.

On the date of 4th Nov.2022 before renewal, I have sent an email as well on [protected]@tikona.in and clearly mentioned that I was not happy with your services.

I have sent the same email and Attachment to your email id as well.

So after that, why are you generating a bill of 1111 Rs and keep sending Emails & Messages for this payment.

I have also sent 2 more emails regarding the same concern on [protected]@tikona.in.

I have also made a call in the customer care for the same thing,

I had received several calls (Seems like spam calls), They are telling that, We are calling from Tikona Legal Case Department and We have filed a case against you and you need to pay 4290 INR amount

These people threatening me and asking to pay the amount and

After that, I have talked with your customer care as well :-

My biggest concern is, How do they know all the details about us?

Is there anyone who do the data leaking from your company?

This reminds me the Jamtara Series where Bank Employees leaking the customer data.

I've the recording of the threat Call, I've also sent.
