[Resolved] Tikona — Regarding customer care response and continue my billing cycle | |||
This s regarding my tikona connection, i am facing non connection issue from last many days. And in have put compliant for same in customer car and email to customer care but there was no good response. Finally it has been communicated that on 22 aug-2016 one concern person has visited to check the problem and some setting has been changed. But after some time again same issue has reported. Now there is no further communication from customer care over phone and email communication. Therefore finally i requested for closing my connection but again there is no response. Now i am moving ahead for new connection with other company and i will not liable to pay any further payment dues to tikona. Was this information helpful? | |||
