[Resolved] Tikona — Regarding disconnect | |||||
My user id is[protected] Pramod kumar shrivastava As i already lodge a complaint to disconnect my tikono but from past 20 days i didn't get any satisfaction. I called up to the customer care but they are forcing me to transfer the connection to the relative, why should i do that, they put me on hold saying our officer will assist you, but there is no response till 15 min. Is this your service?? As i am requesting you to kindly disconnect my connection other wise i will have to take a strict action against your company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
