[Resolved] Tikona — regarding disconnection of tikana service

Since my area is not receiving the tikona network their service engineer asked me to lodge disconnection from tikona account. I did the same on 19th august 2017. My bill gets generated on 26th of every month. Since i have used till 15th august i paid the amount for that month. They said that network will be disconnected after 15 days, which didn't happened. I called them again their senior said that your complaint is under processing and don't worry about the bills. You don't have to pay. But after the next bill got generated, i called them again they said that your account is active.
Now they calls 4-5 times a day for payment. When i again complaint them they said it will be sorted in 72 hrs.
Again it didn't happen.

After registering complaint here asked for sending complaint directly to company via e-mail. Which after a week got resolved.
Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
