It's been just 10 days and I'm already facing lots of problems such as:
1. It takes ages to establish a connection.
2. Last three days there has been no net connection.
3. Speed has been average not what I was promised
I have been a proud customer of Bsnl for the past 5 years & I have never faced such problems.you talk about commitment of 6 months advance rental & getting extra benefits.I Would say when you cannot satisfy a customer in his initial stages then how can you expect us trust you.I'm already thinking of switching over to bsnl.See money is not a issue.It's the service that matters for me.
