[Resolved] Tikona — Regarding getting a call going to high court even after making payment and permanently disconnecting the line | |||
My User id - [protected] . I had made a full payment in the month of December 2014 after speaking to your customer care and the bill i had received . After that had disconnected the line permanently . The modem was also collected by your per and i have the receipt for the same . Now after 2 months i am receiving a call from some unknown lady that if i do not make my payment till 5.30pm today my file will be submitted in high court . This is really disgusting . HOw can someone call and say this even after disconnecting the line . I have even received a bill today of 1845/- . I want to know what is this bill for ???? Whenever i try calling customer care i have been kept waiting 15min and then get a automated message that will get a call in 48hrs but not once any operator come online so solve issues. I am really unhappy with the kind of service your company provides to customer. After trying to speak to customer care now finally i had to lo in this complain . I would require a proper explanation why i am receiving such calls . HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY TIKONA . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER TO ANYONE. Was this information helpful? | |||

After that had disconnected the line permanently at 7 jan 2015.Now after 2 months i am receiving a call from some unknown person Mr.joshi that if i do not make my payment till today my file will be submitted in high court . I want to know what is this bill for ???? Whenever i try calling customer care i have been kept waiting 15min and then get a automated message that will get a call in 48hrs but not once any operator come online so solve issues. I would require a proper explanation why i am receiving such calls.highly disappointed by service provided by tikona.
