[Resolved] Tikona — Regarding money refund | |||||
As per the service adviser from tikona, i have registered for new activation and paid 2863 rupees and customer_id is : [protected]. After registration installation team came to home and said network is not feasible in our area. I need my money back. I am following from last three months and they are not responding properly.I can not fallow up anymore. I am fed up of calling customer care and customer care executives does not speak english properly and not responding properly about the status. Was this information helpful? | |||||
