[Resolved] Tikona — regarding the disconnection | |
User id - [protected] My last usage of tikona was 26 may and after that i had stopped using tikona and also contacted tikona customer care for disconnection, They said the request will be raised and i am getting continous calls and messages regarding the payment and bills. Discontinue the service asap as I am moving to abroad very soon. Customer care executives are offering with no help. I don't want you all to send me bills even after I stop using the net, still I am getting the bills. Was this information helpful? | |
