[Resolved] Tikona — Regarding Tikona Broadband Issue | |
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Kapil Ingale from chennai inform you that I started using this service from AUG-09-2015.
My user id is -[protected] and paid an amount of Rs 4446 on AUG-09-2015.
As per the offer and communication with customer care they have to give the constant speed of 4 Mbps speed upto 210 GB after that the speed has to reduce to 1 Mbps.
First 2-3 days its coming fine there after we are facing many difficulty accessing the login page and using the internet connection from AUG-12-2015.
We called several times and I have registered so many complaints but every time the care person said within two hours it will fixed .After 4 hours also that issue is not fixed again if we give complaint again they said that within 2 hours.
As we already paid and unable to access the internet . Every day they are telling the same story that issue in Chennai location.
Kindly look into this matter and take some necessary action against them.
