Respected sir/mam, this is to inform you that i put my tikona id ([protected]) on hold for 2 months because i was not present at my residence and after months on hold i even not login this id at once but you had generate my bill then after i recognise that bill is being generating i request to leave ur tikona service and i return ur device too... plz help me for this when i had not use ur service why i pay for that...
