Tikona — Repeated harassment by Tikona for payment dues as service (internet) is not used after April 2015 . | |||||
Hello customer care, I am writing this email to confirm that i am not using tikona services from april 15th all my dues till april 15th are paid . Kindly withdraw the services as I am receiving calls from tikona and has caused inconvenience to me and my family.i already spoke to tikona rep in april paying my dues . Still they added my bills till may month and asking me to pay Rs1400 . Can I know why the services have not been taken out from my residence upon confirmation done by tikona rep and repeated calls is causing harassment to my family. I finally request to close this case else i will take this further . User ID =[protected] TPC[protected]payment made for outstanding Rs672/- Regards.
