Tikona — Request for De-Activation of Service | |||
Hi Team, I raised a compliant to de-activate my account on 25th May and thereafter I never used the Tikona Internet. I received a several calls from Tikona Care for the confirmation of De-Activation and I Confirmed from my end to De-Activate the service. Still today the account is not deactivated and receiving too many calls and messages for the payment [ All calls are system generated ]. I received a call today from Tikona and they said they are issuing a legal notice for payment due. I request you to take take action against Tikona for not deactivating the account and generating payment bills.
