[Resolved] Tikona — Request raised for disconnection | |||||
Am raised the request for disconnection before my billing date On OCT 5th 2016 for the reason relocat in other place in chennai and technical issue in internet. My request ID: 1-[protected]. regarding this i received the email also OCT 5th with above request number. OCT 7th is my billing date. Evening of OCT 7th Tikona care executive made call to me for observation purpose they are given permission to access internet upto 11th OCT @ free of cost. after the OCT 11th midnight 11.30PM am not used the internet from the tikona internet provider. But now they are generated bill for 483/- and making torture and disturbing my work to pay that bill. If i used that means ok i will pay. without using how can we pay money.
