[Resolved] Tikona — Requesting multiple times for disconnection but no action has been taken so far

Hi Team,
This is regarding our Wi-Fi Network Tikona.
We are facing issues from around 3-4 months. We have to call them daily before using the network to check it once.
Now when we dont want to use their service anymore, we had requested for disconnection on 15th March but they are not disconnecting it.
We had call them around 20-25 times. They are saying they will drop a mail but no mail has been received. Hearing same thing from last 20days.
Could you please take some action. We dont want to pay for it as we are not able to use this network.
