I have received the call to pay bill 1940 rs. I have been using the connection from past 6 years. Recently i have shifted house and requested for connection shifting. But this did not happen and there was no communication at all.
In between i was getting call for only bill payment and no one aware of shifting status. Today got call from executive chetan ([protected]) and he was speaking very rude and harsh. Even he is also not ready to address the issue.
Disconnected the call he use to call regularly talking very rude like cheap goon.
Even my query not resolved i have paid the bill and hoping connection got closed.
This is really bad experience as of now. Looking for action taken against executive and my connection get closed. Was this information helpful? |
