[Resolved] Tikona — Sending bills even after deactivation of service | |||||
January-2017 was the last month of my tikona service and i sent them mail specifying this clearly that i do not wish to continue with tikona. I got the response (Request# : 1-[protected].) and then i shifted to new place. Out of the blue tikona sent me bill for feb-2017. As it was a little amount, my friend thought that it might be some amount left after adjustment and paid for it. However, tikona again sent bill for march-2017 and their executives are constantly calling me to pay bill.
