Tikona — Sending bills even after requesting them for disconnection

Hi, I requested for disconnection of my Tikona connection on 3rd March'2014 since i got permanently relocated out of Bangalore. So, i called up their helpline number on 3rd March requesting them to disconnect my connection and take their equipments before 6th March'14 since i was leaving Bangalore on 6th March. So Tikona executive assured me that their technician will visit my place on 4th March and take away the equipments (complaint no. 1-[protected]). I didn't get any response from Tikona so i again contacted them on 6th morning to take their equipment before evening, so their executive assured me that it will be done. Again i didn't hear from Tikona. So before leaving i dropped their customer support them a mail (dated 6th March) stating my concern and details of the care taker with phone number who can assist them in taking away their equipments (online request number is 1-[protected]). I started receiving threatening calls from Tikona for payment of outstanding amount of 230. I have made the payment of 330 (original bill - 230 plus 100 as late fees). I have received bill for the month of April'14 with out any usage. I have not used Tikona connection after 6th March'14. So receiving further bills is baseless. I have cleared all my outstanding bills till 25th March'14. Also, i have requested Tikona executives several times to take away their equipment but it seems they are making people falling in their trap and charging them extra and threatening them with dire consequences.
