[Resolved] Tikona — Sending bills for non usage | |||||
My user id is [protected] And I started using this service from 28th December 2016. I paid 1750 rs on 28th December 2016. Later using for 2 days, I started to face many difficulty accessing the login page and using the internet connection from 1st January 2017. And I have registered so many complaints but it was not fixed. I asked them to disconnect and recollect their installed device several times. but there is no response from their end. I removed their device and packed and kept it ready for return one month ago. Now I have received a bill for the last one month usage. This cheating company created a bill for dead connection which was not working last one month. Please help me to out in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||||
