Hello, Request you to please take consideration of the services been provided by Tikona. May be they are doing well in other respective areas but in our Bhayandar East district location there services is really pothethic and no co-operation is done by the company and their team. Initially when they introduce and market their services they have also charged extra for demo and TP link . After using for 2 days the network started giving issues. When complaining to company and their representative, they are hardly not bothering to solve the query instead of they are asking for payment for which the services and data is not been used. There are also not proper tower connection available in our area. They are calling and harresing their client unnecessarily. Request you to please consider the matter so that they dont do this type of behaviour and give services to any other customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
