Tikona — Service Cancellation Request | |||
I Chandrashekar with Tikona account number [protected] have placed a cancellation request with reference to Service Request Number 1-[protected] on 5th July 2015, and i got a call from Tikona regarding the same while i confirmed them please disconnect the service since i have ACT INTERNET at home now. I also have received an email from tikona stating the cancellation will be done within 15 working days, but yet have received a bill for 2950/- rupees incl. Recurring Charge (From 26-Jul-2015 to 25-Aug-2015 ) while at-least 15 advisors informed me that there will be no charges to you after 1st july since i have not used my internet at all. I have called them atleast 20 times and no one gets back or no resolution, the advisors are rude to hung up calls with no help.
