[Resolved] Tikona — service did connection request not attended | |||
I called tikona customer service on 23rd of march, 2019 to stop the internet services, the customer care person enquired me for the reason of disconnection and was forcing me to transfer the connection to a friend nearby, next tenant and when i declined these offers, he said they would transfer the connection to the city i am moving, this too i declined. Then the person on the other end put me on a hold for 8 minutes and then hung up. I mailed then on 25th to stop the connection, followed by mails on 28th march and 1st april. They didnt pay any heed to my calls or mails. After this their endless calls from customer care stared sometimes asking me to pay for 4 months services or one month services. They failed to take my request on call or on mail. Now i get 10-15 calls from them everyday to make the payment, some even being rude. Tikona don't have any option of connection termination in the customer care call menu also not in their portal. I have had previous trouble with their billing cycle as well.
