Tikona — Service discontinued still bills received | |||
This is with reference to Tikona services used by us. We had requested for Tikona disconnection and one official from Tikona had visited our house and disconnected the connection. However, we still received the bills after disconnecting the TIkona. Recently, we received a call stating that a legal notice has been served in our name for not paying the bills and demand notice for payment was sent to the registered email id which was incorrect. We never received any demand notice as the email id mentioned was incorrect. We tried contacting the tikona customer number for resolving the issue of bill payments and updation of email id, however we are unable to reach them. Although the TIkona service was disconnected as confirmed by the official of Tikona, we have made payment of outstanding bills and the payment confirmation was sent to the official who confirmed that the legal notice is served on us for not paying the bill. We want to discontinue the services of TIkona and hence we request you to disconnect the service of Tikona and do not send any more bills. Also, please take back the legal notice issued in our name for not paying the bill. Was this information helpful? | |||
