Tikona — service not at all good. frequent disconnection and no resolution | |||
I am staying in pune, alandi. I have been using tikona for the last 2 years. And now the service has become worst than before. I am getting frequent disconnects. I have complaint through the application 100 times as well as emailed them. What they do is they just do a virtual check and an automatic message comes on mobile that problem has been resolved. But the problem was never resolved. I have to do office work, which is getting impacted. Why i should pay a bill for such worst service. If the company is calling for bill pay then, why they are not listening to customers. At least call the customers about the problems. No one responds on the customer care no and email id as well. Now i am feeling that i a cheated and should have gone for another service provider. Please help to get this corrected asap. This is unbearable. My address - alandi road, behind sai mandir.
