[Resolved] Tikona — Service not terminated in spite of notification

Called more than 20 times to customer care number but no response.
Services not yet terminated and calls are made to pay the amount for the month when i did not use the services.
No usage of services since 8th july 2016

Kindly terminate the services asap.

Greetings from Tikona.

We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
