Tikona — Services illegal termination complaint unattended even after 120 hours / 5 days from date of complaint | |||||
That a complaint was lodged by the consumer against deficiency of service to Tikona Service id : [protected] on 31 11 2015 as it did not connect to internet. That repeated complaints against unattended restoration of service by Tikona engineer were lodged vide with Tikona Customer Care vide Doket Id Numbers detailed as under DOCKET NUMBER at the time of lodging complaint under clause (a) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 4 and date of lodging the complaint with the Call Centre. Complain remains unresolved and Services to Tikona Broadband illegally terminated by Tikona authorities That Customer Care Executive Ms [censored]al at [protected] refused to resolve complaint against restoration of Tikona Broadband service to ID No [protected], gave information to fradulant closure o[censored]nattended Complaint Docket id No :1-[protected] dt 31 10 2015: No[protected] dt 01 11 2015; refused to arrange contact with Sr Executive, misbehaved with the customer and disconnected the complaint call on dt 04 11 2015 at 2.25 – 2.41 pm, . That since complaint id No :1-[protected] generated on dt 31 10 2015, unattended by any Tikona Engineer uptill date has exceeded a period of 120 hours i.e. 6 days, the complaint of the undersigned has exceeded the SLA time limit of 3 days, hence the denial to consider my complaint by the Tikona authority is illegal, an unfair trade practice and a service deficiency from the part of service providers. That non-registering the consumer email complaint dt 01 11 2015 and onwards complaint dt 04 11 2015 against a unique docket id is treated as an illegal act on the part of the Tikona authority and not acceptable to the complainant. That the act of service denial and refusing to register consumer complaint by Tikona Authority after exceeding the SLA time limit is further against the notification of Telecom Consumers Complaint Redressal Regulations, 2012 issued by TRAI dated 05.01.2012.
