I want to discontinue the internet services with Tikona internet service provider because of their poor services and despite complaining repeatedly that our plan is for 4Mbps speed 30 GB but I am not getting the bandwidth as per our plan. I have told the customer care centre innumerous times about shutting but every time they give reasons not to do so. I am in a state of constant frustration regarding the services as most of the times the internet is not working properly and it defeats the basic purpose for which I had taken up this internet service. As a consumer I have the right to stop using the shoddy Tikona services. Please intervene into this matter to resolve the matter at an earliest.
