Tikona — Services sucking blood | |||||
Hi All, I took connection on 11-Nov-2015 and paid all the amount (around 1500 Rs). Immediate next day problem started. I reported complaints many times with the service provider TIKONA but no action/ services. Requested for cancellation with immediate effect and refund. Every time, they kept saying, "give us one more time, will fix the issue and if you would be happy with services you can carry on.". This way, they wasted my two months and at last, they are stating that, My account has been used this much data in last two month, so we can not refund any amount. It was a shocking service for me. Never met such services provider in my entire life. They are cheater. I told them to track my number and see how many time I called up and reported complaints for complaints. I never used services except the day when it was setup. But they denied on any refund. I want concrete action on such service provider and blood suckers so that it can be a lesson for all. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on that basis we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
