Never seen such a worst service. The internet was down as soon as tikona authorised person completed the installation and left premises. Its almost 3 month now and slow internet and frequent disconnection is every day situation. The call resolved automtically stating issue has been resolved. Your customer care do not provide a solution, you do not respond to emails, your twitter handle also do not respond. You are taking all steps to ensure customers issues are closed without providing a resolution. Once you confirm a resolution, same issue repeat with in 2-3 days. Engineers neither visit not call however i always get a message that engineer visited and issue found from back end. Later tickets are closed stating resolution confirmed from user.
