[Resolved] Tikona — Slow speed and disconnection | |||||
I have opted for 4MBPS unlimited 100 GB FUP plan. but from 22nd Feb my speed has gone down to less than 1 MBPS. when i call the customer care the computer system says i have exceeded my limit. But when I calculated my session history its only 30gb usage. I complained repeatedly but no action is taken. Further I receive calls that my complaint has been resolved.(Ref no: 1-[protected]) Now when I raise a compliant the computer system says that there is a technical up gradation going on, so I cant contact the customer care. Further I have requested them several times to disconnect the service but they don't agree with the same and make my hold up the line. Its really a harassment that is been made by the company. Please terminate the service as soon as possible from the next bill cycle i.e 07.03.2017. No due is left from my end.I will not be held responsible for any further non usage bills.
