I paid for 10 mbps speed And what i am getting? As you can see in attached, worst internet, worst wifi connection, worst after sale service Your sales team is worst, As they don't provide whole information about speed and fluctuations. I haven't seen such # connection in mumbai for now. As they say, your connection speed gets divide by 8. What is 8? Will you tell me? According to your sales person calculation, on 10 mbps speed, i will get 1.25 mbps, but what? Download or upload? You guys don't even know what exactly your plans and pricing are. You just want to steal money from customers and then keep them on hold for hours and hours on complaint/ after sale service. Your customer care person was laughing at me, i don't know for what reason. Is this # company you run for what? Your engineers says something different. They come after the issue is solved, what's the meaning of giving a complaint and solving it after 24 hours.
