[Resolved] Tikona — slow speed issue | |||||
Hi I am shivendu ajitabh and my id is [protected]. I am facing issue with no internet and slow browsing my complain no from 26-july is 1-[protected] 5-aug-2017 is 1-[protected] another complain number 1-[protected] on 6-aug-17 1-[protected] after all these complain not and i also attached print screen for of slow browsing isssue but not a single engineer visit after all these issue. So its my humble request to disconnect my connection and refund my money because i am a new user and i took a connection by referrring from a tikona user. But this is very bad service i received... U committed to 6mbps but my speed between 500kbps to 2 mbps... Was this information helpful? | |||||
