[Resolved] Tikona — slow/bad internet connection | |||
Its been 10-15 days taking tikona connection, from past 1 week the connection is very slow!( lesser than 2G ), comes to 120kbps ( I have bought 4 mbps connection by the way). I had called the customer care and they said some server issue and they will resolve it in 24 hours. Thank god it got resolved next day. It was last billing day and could not use the rest data due to speed issue. And again it started giving problem evening. now i called the customer care : he asked to restart and re-login. did all the steps he mentioned. he acted as if he cannot hear me and cut the call... Now if I call customer care it says busy and i have no other option.. Bad service ever seen!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
