Tikona — Speed is very bad of the internet | |||
Hi, I have opted for a new connection with 550Rs Plan on 3rd Jan 2016. Payment of Rs 2176 was successfully made on 4th Jan 2016 by Engineer named Bhupendra (contact- [protected]/[protected]). As communicated by the engineer and customer care the internet speed should be 4MBPS till 10GB and 512GB afterwards. But unfortunately I am facing lots of troubles from the first day. It took 3 days to generate my pwd after my payment because of improper installation by the engineer. After many times call to engineer and customer care somehow engineer came t0 fix the issue after 3-4 days, but again unfortunately he only temporarily resolved the issue. Afterwards I am keep on trying to call the engineer and customer care folks but no one is responding. After continuously keeping my adapter switched on I was able to connect to internet but with very frequent disconnections and internet speed of not more than 2mbps. I have created 2 tickets (1-[protected]/1-[protected]) for both the problems but no follow ups has been made on those tickets till date. After 2 weeks of frustration i am writing this mail in order to discontinue the tikona connection and refund of my Money (Rs 2176). I addition I do want a strict action to be taken on engineer Bhupendra and the customer care folks who just created the issue tickets and has not resolved the problem yet.
