I have purchase new connection approx 10 days ago but since there i am not getting my desired plan speed which is of 40 mbps everytime it is fluctuating for 10, 15, 20 or 25 mbps if i get download speed then there is very low upload speed by only 5 mbps that i can't do my work properly.
So after giving my alternate numbers also they havent call me for single time also.
And i have sended many emails they aren't replying properly so pl help me out i want to disconnect now my connection. And provide me my refund asap

After providing alternate number also I am not getting call from your side. Is this your service this is how you harass mentally and play with customers mind.
If you will delay from your side or you are facing pandemic times it's not my concern I want to disconnect my Broadband connection and I will only consider and will pay charges of that when I sent you 1st mail if you are going to delay like this for 11 months I am not bother for this.
Hoping for your reply and pl dont send any technical person /Enginner to my home I dont want to keep this further so pl settle my account as soon as possible.
