[Resolved] Tikona — speed problems for a month from august

I have been facing lot of speed issues from the beginning of august and i have written to tikona three to four times via mail asking for an update regarding the speed issue resolution and/or termination of connection if this problem does not get solved. I have been a longtime customer of tikona and since i have been working from home from last 10 years, i am dependent on tikona as my primary isp and for which i am currently using their top plan of 60 mbps and i am not getting speed from last one month and they do not bother to contact and update via mail or call regarding the progress on my complaint. I have even paid the bill for the month of august in full though i did not get speed for the whole month. Please look into the matter and solve the issue.
