[Resolved] Tikona — still we are getting bills after disconnecting network before 9 months | |||
We disconnected the network by march 2017 end due to poor service and speed. We informed in customer care they told we will disconnect and told we no need to surrender the device. They didn't come to collect device/ formally send disconnection mail. From then on we never used and we gave another good connection.. But still we are getting three months once. When they told last time (During june), we paid the amount (~400) though we didn't use it, at least by then they will leave. I have proof for all those conversation and mail we had at that time. Now again (Dec) after three months they are coming with new bills. Now we don't even have that device at home (I throwed it with all anger when i paid that last bill). Can someone please take necessary action against this. When i cross checked this has happened for many customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
