[Resolved] Tikona — suffering no internet from last 1 days | |||
i have just changed my location on 28th of feb and ever since then my inetrnet is not proper some time it wrks and some time it does not working even dey re confused what dey are doing .. since 11thh of march they are saying it will be fixed in 2 hours .. seriously there 2 hours are yet not over and ..even there engg came to my house he had a tea and glass of water and said he can not do any thing as it is not in hands And went back .. i have agained called the tikona executive and they are still saying that will be fixed in two hours and superviouser are also as dumb as executives they say something and do something elese. please help me this company is a cheat and fraud .
