[Resolved]  Tikona — Taken payment, yet internet service not activated

I registered for a new Tikona internet connection. A person named Viram, came to my home on[protected]. He showed me a demo for the speed and it was OK. Then he told that the activation will be done soon within few minutes after I make payment. Believing him I paid Rs. 2176 cash for which he gave me one receipt. He then tried updating my information on some tikona website but that didn't worked. On asking result he responded there is some technical fault on server side. He told that you will soon get a message of payment confirmation and then you have to reply OTP USERID to 5676708. I never received a message on registered cell phone no. I called Tikona call centers but all in vain. After some time luckily I got an email of the receipt of payment in email.
