Tikona — temporary disconnection | |||
From 20th march i am sending mail for temporary disconnection of my tikona subscription as i am on vacation. But no response to my emails and customer care service is not working (Understandable due to covid-19). But reply to emails also. Each time i am getting auto reply stating raise complaint from mobile app, but unfortunately their is no option on app for temporary disconnection Till date i had sent 6-7 emails no reply.
