Tikona — Terminate my connection | |||
I was raised a request to terminate my tikona broadband connection on 10th october 2015, it's been 35 days, it's still not yest disconnected, whenever i am calling tikona customer care regarding this, they saying it will be done as soon as possible, but this is insane madenes, it's been 35 days why it is not terminated, in the mean time i have paid one month bill without using the service, i cannot wait any more terminate my connection immediately. My complaint number: 1-[protected] Note: Never by this and sucking tikona, most of my time wasted from when i bought this broadband, the connection wont work for 4 days in a row, it will be disconnected for every 4day.
