I'm shifting to a new locality an i requested the company to relocate the connection to my new address. But the response i got was to continue the connection in same location as there is shortage of staff due to covid19 situation!!
I'm staying in a rented accommodation and shifting to new locality which is nearer to my workplace. They are asking me to stay in the same location and use the connection.
So i have sent a mail to customer care requesting for termination of the connection from 12.06.2020, but yet to get a response.
I tried calling customer care but no response quoting the reason of staff shortage. Was this information helpful? |
