I have stopped using internet service from March begining and paid for the month till 26th March, I informed them on phone on 12th that I no longer need your BB WiFi service please terminate. But they keep harassing phoning again and again without acknowlodging termination. That have sent me a bill for this month. It is 2Mg speed 5Gb for a month. How do I make them to stop bothering me? I don't have computer to use I'm using phone data. Please see what you can do. I'm 78yr. Thanks.
