Tikona — Termination Penalty Charge | |||
Respected Sir\Madam, I was using the Tikona Bradband service in year 2019 and i have duly requested for disconnection during the Jun 2019 month to customer care number. Now they are forcing me to pay the 1500/- charges against device they provided. i was available on the same address for one year where service has been taken. No one has came to pick up the device or called for picked and now the they are harassing and threating me to pay the termination penalty charges else court case will be filed. I have done my duty to inform them to disconnect the connection but instead of disconnecting they keep active my account which was lead to termination due to no recharge for longer time. I would request you to please help me to get justice on my action and penalty Tikona Broadband team for their negligence. I would be appreciate for your quick support.
