I am a customer of TIKONA services for more than the last 2 years and using their internet services on a prepaid basis.
My pack was to renew, and I was not taking further renewal due to some personal and financial issue, hence had requested the same to the Tikona team by mail as well through verbal communication to their representative.
I had not used and disconnected my router much before the existing pack end and conveyed to the representative to take off the equipment as not required me anymore and they had confirmed that the connection will be terminated, and their engineer will take out the equipment.
Post that I often got calls from Tikona forcing me to continue and renew the connection but like every time I explain to them my hindrance and inability to proceed and not able to renew, they assure me the termination process is in progress and will happen surely.
But post 15days now today I again get a call for renewing of the package with the amount to be paid when I tried to connect the representative, after waiting also no one responded to it.so, I mailed it to Tikona but now there is also no response on it.
Hence, I request here please complete the process and collect the modem,
I had disconnected the router and kept the router in packing aside from the last 15days. whereas I had the communication and follow-up records as well if required by the Tikona team.
Apart its my humble request to please calling me with unknown nos which I am getting irritate as well mostly are coming in office hours.
