[Resolved] Tikona — thrashed by tikona customer care to make extra payment | |||||
Today i got a call from tikona to make the payment rs3500 of pending bill rs 3103.4 (Based on tikona website). I have made the payment of rs3500 because she was thrashing me on call to take legal action if i will not make the payment of rs3500 at the moment. My actual bill amount was rs1100 (Approx) based on my usage as discussed on call a few days back with customer care but i was waiting for the actual bill so i didn't made a payment of rs 3103.4, but after paid rs3500 again got new bill of rs1800. I have also raised the request to deactivate the account multiple times in last 4 months but still i am getting the bill. User id: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
