Tikona — Threat call from Tikona advocate | |||
Dear Sir I have discontinued my Broadband Service on March 2015 and received full and final settlement email saying that payable amount = 0. I have also returned the CPE device, cables etc to your representative (Aadi Associates). I have attached few supporting documents herewith. However, I am still getting Invoices at the end of every month. I have contacted to Tikona Customer Care many times and they told me that they will stop generating invoices but no avail. On 22nd June 2015, I have got a call from Mr. Dipesh (Advocate) (Mob number: [protected] ). He told me that I have some amount due with Tikona and he is going to file a case against me in Tis Hazari Court Delhi. He also shared me a case id: [protected]. Today again I have received a call from different mobile ([protected]) number regarding same matter. Kindly help resolve.
