[Resolved] Tikona — Threat calls from Tikona advocates for non payment of bill which has already been paid | |||||
I bought tikona connection with user id [protected] in march 2016. I raised a request to transfer the connection in September 2016 because I was shifting to the new place in Ahmedabad. But due to nonavailability of the connection at my new residence, I raised a request to cancel the connection in October first week. I paid my September bill of rs 600 to Mr. Dubey (Collection through home) on 16th nov. I also have receipt of the same. I again confirmed from tikona customer care and assured that no dues are left. After that neither I called Tikona nor I recieved any call from their side. But from last month I was getting continues calls from tikona advocate from delhi. So to resolve the issue I called many times to tikona customer care and wrote an email as well on their complaint email id but my problem did not get resolved. Further, I visited their office and came to know that there are no dues left and as a response I got mail from their side as follow: On Friday, February 10, 2017 2:41 PM, "Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in" wrote: This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below. Dear Mr. BRIJESH SUTARIYA, As per your request for termination of Tikona broadband [protected], registered against your name, your service has been terminated. Mentioned below are the Full and Final Settlement details for your Account no.[protected] Amount Payable : 0.00/- In case you have any query please feel free to contact us on[protected] or you can also write to us on [protected]@tikona.in from your registered email id Regards, Customer Care Tikona Digital Networks But today, I again got call from [protected]. A lady on the other side saying herself advocate from Sharma's Office threatened me to pay the bill which I have already paid and cleared the dues. This is really sucking and waste a lot of time.
